Injection Molding

Many of our injection-moldable systems were developed to be cured by primary amine technology. This produced systems that could perform where a conventional hydroxyl cured counterpart could not. To verify the test results that a urea-cured elastomer could be injection molded, parts were produced using a TPU and then duplicated using a urea-cured system. The overall physical and environmental properties provided excellent results. Currently, this is an ongoing evaluation to explore the full potential of this technology and its prospective applications more fully.
