As COO of UET, Mike manages a team providing research and development in the areas of organic chemistry and polymers, including adhesives, polymer elastomers and coatings.

Mike manages several projects in the development of military and civilian-based product lines.

Mike is no stranger to the polymer industry. Prior to starting UET 2006, he was an accomplished project manager for over 12 years. Combined with seven years in the optics and ballistic armor industry, this experience gives Mike the insight to recognize the importance of quality products in “time sensitive” environments.

A varied background in optics, transparent armor and elastomeric inner-layer materials has provided the perfect foundation for the development of opaque and translucent materials designed to meet various project needs.

Mike provides superior experience and services that support customers in meeting their project goals and product milestones quickly, efficiently and effectively.
